Shipping Method
We ship FedEx Ground. Please call us at (585)-229-2555 or email ap@cyplas.com if you would like to use expedited shipping or another carrier.
Delivery Times
We maintain a 12,500 square feet warehouse to ensure that we have the products you need, when you need them. Standard products are available for shipment within 24 hours. Custom products, such as stamped Door Markers, are usually shipped within a few days.

We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards in the online store.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment, except for custom orders. Custom orders may not be canceled once the product has been manufactured.
Returns
All CY Safety Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to make arrangements to return the items. You may request a refund or replacement of items found to be defective.
Items not found to be defective may be eligible for a refund, less a 25% re-stock fee.
Custom items may not be returned.
